Orders & Receipts
Viewing Your Orders
Section titled “Viewing Your Orders”All your orders are available at store.siliconwit.io/account/orders. You must be signed in with the same account you used to place the order.
Each order page shows:
- Order number and date
- Items ordered with quantities and prices
- Shipping address and method
- Tracking information (once shipped)
- Subtotal, shipping cost, and total
Order Statuses
Section titled “Order Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order created, awaiting payment |
| Paid | Payment confirmed, order being prepared |
| Processing | Order is being packed for shipment |
| Shipped | Order is on its way, tracking info available |
| Delivered | Order has been delivered |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled |
Receipts
Section titled “Receipts”A PDF receipt is automatically emailed to you when payment is confirmed. The receipt includes:
- Order number and transaction reference
- Itemized list with quantities and prices
- Shipping method and cost
- Total amount paid
- Shipping address and payment method
You can also download the receipt from your order detail page right after payment.
Payment Verification
Section titled “Payment Verification”After completing payment on Paystack, you are redirected back to your order page. The system automatically verifies your payment. If verification succeeds, you will see a confirmation message and can download your receipt immediately.
In rare cases where the redirect does not work, the payment webhook processes your order in the background. Your order status will update within a few minutes.
