SiliconWit.IO offers four standard plans plus a custom Enterprise option for larger deployments. All plans include core features like email alerts, real-time charts, and device management.

Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”For deployments with more than 200 devices or specialized requirements, contact us for a custom Enterprise plan. Enterprise includes:
- Custom device limits
- Custom data retention
- Unlimited AI queries with custom ML models
- Dedicated MCP endpoint
- Custom automation workflows
- SSO and dedicated support
- Pricing starts at $199/mo
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Multi-Month Billing
Section titled “Multi-Month Billing”When upgrading, you can pay for 1 to 12 months upfront. The total is the monthly price multiplied by the number of months. Receipts are generated as downloadable PDFs.
Currency
Section titled “Currency”Pricing is shown in USD by default. Users in Kenya see prices in KES, converted at the current exchange rate (rounded up to the nearest whole number).
Payment Methods
Section titled “Payment Methods”Payments are processed through Paystack. Supported methods include card payments, mobile money, and bank transfers depending on your region.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Select a plan
- Choose how many months to pay for
- Complete payment
- Your plan activates immediately
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”When your plan expires or you cancel:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Devices beyond the free limit (3) are paused
- Data older than 7 days is scheduled for deletion (3-day grace period)
- API keys are revoked
- Custom public device URLs are reset to auto-generated format
You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your plan expires. You can upgrade again at any time to restore your previous limits.
Expiry & Renewal
Section titled “Expiry & Renewal”Plans do not auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before expiry. After expiry, your account is downgraded to Free. To continue on a paid plan, go to Settings and purchase a new subscription period.
Free Plan Details
Section titled “Free Plan Details”The Free plan is designed for getting started and small projects:
- 3 devices (the 3rd slot unlocks when you make a device public)
- 7-day data retention
- 5 fields per device (strict schema only)
- 10 alerts with email, Discord, Slack, Telegram, and webhook channels
- Share devices with up to 2 other users
- No API access, SMS, or automation
- Ask AI available with your own API key (25 queries/mo)
